Using only a simple web-based point-and-click interface, users can define the key 'rules' that the document must obey throughout its life.
For example, admin users can define the source of any new document - a centrally managed template, a web-based interview, or any other electronic file.
In addition, MS Word and Excel documents can be automatically populated with information (for example, a document reference), or even locked for edit once the document has been approved.
Many other properties can be set at the click of a mouse - for example, the document may require formal approval prior to publishing, or users may wish to be reminded when the document becomes due for revision.
